The Challenge
A dynamic commercial for Hilal Cake featured a lively scene with a large group of child actors. During post-production, one specific child in the crowded film needed to be completely replaced—a complex scenario that typically forces a costly and logistical reshoot.

Instead of relying on labor-intensive traditional post-production methods like manual rotoscoping or masking, we utilized a strictly 100% AI-driven workflow at Ai.Daastan Films. We isolated the target character and directed advanced generative AI to seamlessly integrate a new likeness. The AI perfectly matched the lighting, spatial depth, and kinetic energy of the interacting group without the need for manual frame-by-frame compositing.
